Hi! I’m Isabella Ferguson.
You can call me Bella. I am a registered counsellor, This Naked Mind and Grey Area Drinking Master Coach, Intuitive Eating Counsellor, co-host of the Not (Drinking) Today podcast, and host of the De-Stress for Success podcast. I am a registered counsellor & coach specialising in alcohol, stress management and living intuitively, supporting clients via private zoom sessions, group challenges and online self-guided programs. I am a member of the Australian Counselling Association and abide by their rules and professional code of conduct. I believe it’s my purpose to help you live a healthier, happier, more confident and vibrant life.

In my early 40’s, I bowed out of a 20-year legal career to “spend more time with the kids”. However, it was so much more than that. Decades of running on high-anxiety and drinking to cope had taken its toll on my nervous system and I was burnt out. I went to rehab, retrained as a counsellor and coach, and now I support others to de-stress for success.
