What to expect
This program is an immersive, supportive experience.

You and I have a private zoom session at a mutually agreed time.

We meet for group zooms on Sundays at 10am (AEST).

Wednesdays at 6pm (AEST) via zoom. Topics: habit change, sobriety, EFT, meditation + more.
