6 Week Plan – $1,750

  • We start with an 90 minute intake call followed by 6 x 50 minute weekly sessions via zoom
  • The cost of each session is $250 AUD (total 7 sessions)
  • Immediate access to The Alcohol Revolution, my 6-week online alcohol freedom challenge, and The Alcohol Freedom Library, my online library packed full of resources, tools to help you with urges, cravings and nervous system regulation plus more (so, you will have access to videos and resources 24:7)
  • Optional daily email check-ins (Mon – Fri)
  • Staged payment plan offered

12 Week Plan ($2,860)

  • We start with an 90 minute intake call followed by 12 x 50 minute weekly sessions via zoom
  • The cost of each session is $220 AUD (total 13 sessions)
  • Immediate access to The Alcohol Revolution, my 6-week online alcohol freedom challenge, and The Alcohol Freedom Library, my online library packed full of resources, tools to help you with urges, cravings and nervous system regulation plus more (so, you will have access to videos and resources 24:7)
  • During the intake call, we discuss your past and present drinking habits, your parents and family’s drinking habits, how you manage stress, your goals, your hopes and fears and why now is the time for your to engage an expert to motivate you to drink less
  • Your calls with me will involve talking about thoughts, feelings and behaviours that have come up for you. We’ll explore techniques to get through cravings, tools to calm your nervous system, discuss how to cope without alcohol and do some reframing work to challenge your limiting beliefs and transform the way you relate to alcohol.
  • I also offer optional daily email check-ins (Mon – Fri)

  • We start with an 90 minute intake call to clarify your goals, what your want more of, want you want less of, what you feel is missing, moments that have empowered you, what life stage you are at and where it is you want to be
  • We’ll then meet weekly for 50 minutes via zoom

Supporting you to find purpose and meaning to develop the skills to thrive is an absolute privilege. Over the course of our time together, we will:

  • define your version of what a “successful” life looks like
  • clarify your personal values and what motivates you
  • understand your unique personality parts, focussing on which parts need nurturing and enhancing 
  • working on negative self talk and limiting beliefs that are holding you back from feeling confident, “enough” and deserving of a successful life
  • envisioning future you and mapping out the steps you need to step into the life you deserve

This “work” is something that we should do every so often to keep us focussed, motivated and on track.

Stress Management & Burnout

  • We start with an 90 minute intake call to understand what is going on for you in your personal and work life, how long you have been feeling stressed, what you have tried already to seek balance and what your goals are.
  • We’ll then meet weekly for 50 minutes via zoom
  • Hourly Sessions: My hourly sessions are $280 per hour (these session are per session and can be booked in at any time)
  • 6-Week Plan: My 6 week plan costs $250 per session (plus GST) for 7 sessions total
  • 12-Week Plan: My 6 week plan costs $220 per session (plus GST) for 13 sessions total

Although every counselling plan is different for each client, our work together will usually involve:

  • gaining awareness of how you cope with stress and how to regulate your nervous system
  • understanding your daily schedule
  • creating better work, life and personal boundaries
  • examining and reframing negative thoughts that may keep you up at night, and
  • curating a life that you do not want to escape from and that is full of purpose and passion.

I also offer optional daily email check-ins (Mon – Fri) to keep you accountable to your new habits, to keep you motivated and to allow an opportunity to check-in with you and answer any questions you may have.
